At Autumn Ridge you can safely place your loved one in the capable hands of trained caregivers in our Licensed Assisted Living Community for as little as 4 hours, without the worry of strangers providing care in your own home, and best of all, with care available 7 days per week!
Autumn Ridge offers you the freedom to take “time-out” to handle your own affairs, appointments, shopping - or take a well deserved “break” from the ongoing responsibilities of caring for a loved elder spouse, parent, or friend – even on weekends!

Autumn Ridge Senior Living “Short Term Care” Information:
RATES:
$12.50 per hour – 4 hour minimum
After first 4 hours: $10.00 per hour
By special arrangement:
9th hour through 24th HOUR:
$10 per hour (to a maximum of $150.00 per 24 hour period)
One Time Only Administrative Fee: $100.00
Payment due upon departure; Checks, VISA and MASTERCARD Accepted -no cash, please

Free Home pick-up and drop off available for stays of 8 hours – Mon-Fri
REQUIREMENTS:
Clients must meet State of California RCFE requirements: Age 60 or over, (Moderate Dementia - Alzheimer’s, OK.), Able to transfer with no more than one person assisting, Current physical, TB test, Physician’s OK, Arrive with medications, Completion of all required facility and State Licensing forms, etc. Come with complete change of fresh clothing. 24 hour advance notice of participation requested – Short Notice Fee (less than 8 hours): $25.00 additional

- General Supervision
- 1 meal/snacks (additional meals are $5.00)
- Medication assistance
- Activities, exercises, games, entertainment
- Rest time (bed with fresh linens)
- Toileting assistance – no charge
- Incontinency care: $5.00 per episode (care products)
- Library/Quiet Room Available
- Television Viewing on Request
- Free Transportation Mon-Fri for Stays of 8 Hours – 25 mile radius
* Free “Short Term Care” transportation is available from 7:30-9:00 am and 4:00 to 5:30 pm Monday through Friday for stays of 8 hours or more. 25 mile radius. Apart from these hours, Families may “drop-off” and “pick-up” a family member from Autumn Ridge daily anytime between 9:00am-9:00pm. Hourly rates apply.
